Independent garment sourcing partner in China

JackBridge Apparel Sourcing

I'm Jack. I help small apparel brands turn a product idea into a workable brief, compare suitable factories, and stay on top of sampling, production checks, and shipping.

Most inquiries start with one product. A reference image, target quantity, destination, and honest budget range are enough for an initial conversation.

I don't own a factory. I look for a manufacturing fit based on the product in front of me, then help keep the details and communication clear.

What I actually do

Practical help between your idea and production

I work as the point of contact in China. My job is to ask the missing questions early, find relevant manufacturing options, and help you understand the trade-offs before money is committed.

Before sampling

I review your reference or tech pack, quantity, fabric direction, branding details, and target timing. If something is too vague to quote properly, I'll tell you what needs deciding.

Finding a workable option

I contact manufacturing partners that fit the product and compare what they can realistically offer. Lowest price is not always the most useful answer, especially for a first small run.

During development

I coordinate quotations and samples, pass comments back clearly, and keep a written record of the agreed fabric, measurements, trims, labels, and packaging.

If you move into production

I help follow the approved details, arrange quality checks where appropriate, and coordinate shipping. Final cost and timing depend on the confirmed product and supplier.

How I work

Start with one real product

I prefer a specific question over a long company presentation. It makes the first answer more useful for both of us.

  1. 1
    You send the basics

A product reference, quantity, destination, and any non-negotiable details.

  2. 2
    I check what is realistic

I'll come back with questions, likely constraints, and possible routes. I won't present a guess as a firm quote.

  3. 3
    You decide whether to sample

If an option makes sense, I coordinate the next step. If it doesn't, there is no factory commitment.

What are you trying to make?

Send me enough detail to understand the product and your stage. A reference image is useful, but an early description is fine.

I'm an independent sourcing partner, not a factory owner. I work with manufacturing partners according to the needs of each product.

When you open the brief, I record the contact details above so I can understand where the inquiry came from. See the privacy note.
